To make a transfer from your bank account, you will find the necessary information within your Criptan account.
In the “Accounts” section, select “Add funds” → € → Deposit.
When you click to read the conditions, the screen will display Criptan's IBAN for the deposit, along with your unique transaction code.
Important information:

The account holder of the bank account must match the holder of the Criptan account. What happens if this is not respected by mistake?

In the transfer description, you must include only your deposit code.

Withdrawals may be temporarily blocked until the sender’s ownership is verified (maximum of 24–48 hours).
