From the Accounts tab, in the "Custody" section, you can select "Transfer" -> "Crypto" -> "Receive Crypto" and choose the cryptocurrency you want (where you can copy, scan, or share the wallet to receive funds) or you can go directly to the cryptocurrency you want to bring and select "Transfer" -> "Receive Crypto" to access the same options.
Remember that you can now use multiple networks to deposit your cryptocurrencies.
Make sure to correctly select the network you will use for each deposit:
– Bitcoin (BTC): Bitcoin mainnet / Tron Network (TRC-20)
– Ethereum (ETH): Ethereum Network / Arbitrum Network
– USD Coin (USDC): Ethereum Network / Arbitrum Network / Tron Network (TRC-20) / Sui Network / Solana Network
– Litecoin (LTC): Litecoin mainnet
– Aave (AAVE): Ethereum Network / Polygon Network / Solana Network
– Arbitrum (ARB): Ethereum Network / Arbitrum Network
– Curve DAO Token (CRV): Ethereum Network / Polygon Network
– Chainlink (LINK): Ethereum Network / Arbitrum Network / Polygon Network
– Polygon (POL): Ethereum Network / Polygon Network
– Solana (SOL): Solana Network
– SushiSwap (SUSHI): Ethereum Network / Polygon Network

⚠️ It is essential that the network selected in Criptan exactly matches the network from which you are sending. An error in network selection can cause permanent loss of funds.
Due to the recent entry into force of Regulation (EU) 2023/1113 ("Travel Rule"), you will need to confirm your deposit in our app before the funds are available in your account. Therefore, once we receive your funds, we will notify you and you must access the Criptan app to confirm the deposit by providing brief information. After that, the funds will be automatically available in your wallet.
