You cannot make a deposit to Criptan from a bank account that is not in your name. If this occurs, Criptan will return the funds to the originating account.
To provide a better user experience, Criptan credits the deposit first and simultaneously verifies account ownership. If the user has made a deposit from an account that does not belong to them and has carried out transactions, once Criptan confirms that the user is not the account holder, the funds will be converted to euros and returned to the original account. Criptan is not responsible for any increase or decrease in the value of the funds during this process.
