Recover your password
If you have forgotten your password and no longer have access to it, simply go to the app, select "Access your account" > "Forgot my password," and provide the email address associated with the account you wish to recover. You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
Important: To ensure your security and the safety of your funds, once you change your password, you will not be able to withdraw or send cryptocurrencies for the next 48 hours. This restriction will automatically be lifted after the specified period has passed.
