To change the email associated with your account, please follow these steps:

The subject of the email should be "Change of email associated with my account".

Attach the following images:

A selfie of yourself holding your ID card (the ID and your face must be clearly visible).

A selfie of yourself holding a piece of paper with the following information written on it:

The text "Change email Criptan".

Your old email address.
-
Your new email address.
-
The date you are requesting the change.

Important: The photos must be clear and legible so we can verify the details properly.
Once we confirm that the images and information are correct, you will need to validate your identity for security purposes through a link we will send you.
