If you log into your account and see a zero balance in euros, USDC, BTC, or ETH—don’t worry: your funds are still in Criptan and completely safe.
Most likely, your money is now in your Savings+ account, a new feature that allows you to earn daily returns on the funds you keep there.
Savings+ has split your account into two parts:
🏦 Custody Account
This is where you used to see your full balance. From here, you can:
- Buy or sell cryptocurrencies
- Operate in Earn or Crypto Baskets
- Withdraw funds
- Receive external deposits
💰 Savings+ Account
This is the new account where your funds are now growing. From here:
- Your funds earn daily returns automatically
- You can only use them to invest in Earn
- If you want to use your funds for other operations (like buying, selling, or withdrawing), just move them to your Custody account—it's quick and easy
🔍 How can I check if my funds are in Savings+?
- Open the Criptan app
- Go to “Accounts” and tap on the “Savings+” section
- There you'll see a breakdown of your balance in each currency (euros, BTC, ETH, USDC)
- If you wish, you can transfer part or all of your balance back to your Custody account with just one click
