Savings+ is an option within Criptan that allows you to earn daily returns on your funds in euros, Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and USDC, while keeping them fully available and liquid to move or invest whenever you want.
How does Savings+ work?
When you deposit funds into Criptan, they can go into one of two accounts, depending on your settings:
Custody Account
This is where your deposits are received if you haven't activated automatic subscription to Savings+.
- In this account, your funds are available, but they do not generate returns.
- You can manually move them to Savings+ whenever you like.
Savings+ Account
If you’ve enabled the option to automatically subscribe your deposits to Savings+, the funds will be transferred directly to this account upon deposit.
- In this account, your funds start generating daily returns automatically.
- You can move your funds freely between this account and the Custody Account at any time, with no fees or restrictions.
- You can also invest directly from Savings+ in other products like Earn.
Daily Returns
Savings+ offers different returns depending on the currency you choose to keep in your account:
- 💶 Euros (EURC): 2% APY
- 🟠 Bitcoin (BTC): 0.40% APY
- 💎 Ethereum (ETH): 1.40% APY
- 💵 USDC: 2.80% APY
* The minimum balances required to generate rewards will be the same as those currently established for the Savings product.
Interest is paid out daily, allowing your funds to grow consistently.
