To strengthen security and protect our users from potential fraud, we have implemented a new pre-verification process for all wallets to which cryptocurrencies will be sent.
What’s changing from now on?
To send cryptocurrencies to a new wallet or external address, you must have previously registered it.
This additional step is a security enhancement measure.
How does the process work?

If the wallet you want to withdraw to is not among your verified ones, you’ll need to add the address from the "Crypto Addresses" section in the app.

Our team will contact you to complete an additional security step.

Once the information is validated, the wallet will be marked as verified, and you’ll receive a confirmation.

From that moment on, you’ll be able to use it without restrictions.
Maximum verification time: The process can take up to 72 hours, although in most cases it is completed sooner.
