In addition to Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, USDC, and euros, you can now deposit a wide selection of altcoins directly into your custody account on Criptan.
Assets Available for Deposit
The newly enabled assets for deposit are:

Each asset has different deposit networks available. Always make sure to select the correct network before initiating the transfer.
⚠️ Important: currently, only deposits of these altcoins are available. The withdrawal option will be available soon.
Where Can I Access to Deposit?
You have three ways to access the deposit section within the app:
Option 1 — From Accounts Accounts → Custody → Transfer → Crypto → Receive Crypto → Select Asset
Option 2 — From the Main Menu Add Funds → Receive Crypto → Select Asset
Option 3 — From the Asset Itself If you already have the asset on Criptan, access it from the Altcoins section and tap "Deposit".
What Should I Keep in Mind Before Depositing?
- Verify the Network: the network selected on Criptan must exactly match the network from which you send the funds on your wallet or external platform. A network error can cause irreversible loss of assets.
- Unique Addresses per Network: each network generates a different deposit address. Do not use the same address for different networks.
- Deposit Only for Now: withdrawal of these altcoins will be available soon. We will notify you when it is operational.
